I've been having back trouble - osteopath, X-rays, visits to the doctor & still I just kept getting more and more creaky. Muscles were seizing up around the trouble spot.
I had one session with Nicolle and afterwards, for the first time in weeks, I got into the car feeling normal, not stiff and achy and ancient.
